***BEFORE YOU BEGIN, you may want to view information on how to do Emotional Freedom Technique. There are heaps of websites that will tell you the process, but my favourite practitioner is a guy called Brad Yates. He has hundreds of EFT videos on YouTube. You can find his website here… If you would like to read more about YouTapping, go to my YouTapping website here…

Let’s face it, swearing is second nature to many of us! And if we ever find ourselves in an argument with someone else, we might use swearing to try and cause an emotional injury to our opponent.

Unfortunately, like most words, but with these ones in particular, swearing and cursewords all have an energy to them, so that if we were to use them on someone or if we are sworn at, a little bit of that energy seems to stick with us and we begin to take it on, believing – even if subconsciously – that we are the curse that was given. We start to carry it on ourselves as part of our own personal energy signatures. This might seem a little hard to believe, but think about when you have been in an argument and perhaps have felt dirty or tainted afterwards Alternatively, you might have felt anxious or changed. In such cases, we take on the negative emotions of the people we were arguing with.

If you think that this section is relevant to you, then read ahead.

Think back to a time when you were in an argument. Perhaps the other person you were arguing with called you a bastard or something worse. Use your imagination or memory and tap on the words. You may use either “You’re a …” or “I’m a …” dependent on what feels most comfortable to you. Remember, YOU MUST ALWAYS TAP WHEN SPEAKING THE WORDS so that you can release the energy signature of it. In the following, we use the words “You’re a bastard”, but if you feel there are other more pertinent words, then use those. If you wish to throw in an affirmation afterwards, then do so but in this case, stop tapping when you do so.

“You’re a bastard”
“You’re a bastard”
“You’re a bastard”

NOW STOP TAPPING and

“I am wonderful and loving”
“I am wonderful and loving”
“I am wonderful and loving”
